Any such activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

3. Age Restriction

Easy Chat Kuwait is strictly intended for users aged 21 years and above.

  • Users must confirm their age during registration
  • We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform
  • Accounts suspected to belong to minors will be investigated and removed

If a minor is identified, their account will be immediately terminated and appropriate actions may be taken.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting, sharing, or requesting sexually explicit content involving minors

  • Cases involving immediate risk to a child are escalated and acted upon without delay

8. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We comply with applicable laws and regulations across all operating regions, including Kuwait, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Syria, and the Philippines.

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities and may share relevant user data when legally required, particularly in cases involving child safety or exploitation.
